Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Azirid identity platform, APIs, dashboard, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Azirid ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Tenant — An isolated workspace within Azirid representing your organization or one of your end-customers.
  • API Key / Client Credentials — Secrets issued to authenticate your applications against the Azirid API.
  • Customer Data — Any data you or your end-users submit to the Service, including user profiles, authentication events, and configuration.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Transmit malware, perform denial-of-service attacks, or abuse rate limits.
  • Resell access to the Service without a separate written agreement.

4. Multi-Tenant Isolation

The Service is designed to support multi-tenant architectures. Each tenant's data is logically isolated. You are responsible for correctly configuring tenant boundaries within your integration.

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits published in our documentation. Sustained abuse of rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension. We may update rate limits with reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership & License

You retain all rights to your Customer Data. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, regular vulnerability scanning, and audit logging. You are responsible for securing your own API keys and client secrets.

8. Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for the production API. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Detailed SLA terms are available for customers on paid plans.

9. Fees & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your Customer Data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. You may request a data export prior to termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azirid's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-dashboard notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
